Production is underway for the fall line. The scarves are beautiful and I'm pacing myself so I don't get overwhelmed. From this week-end on I will have 1 to 3 shows per week. There is so much enthusiasm for my product. I'm truly feeling the love!
I went to the LA International Textile show this last week. It was quite a learning experience. I'm learning my way around LA again and it is nice to feel a little like I know what I am doing. I found fabric suppliers. Beautiful fabrics in whatever I want. Only problem right now is that they require a 1000 yard minimum purchase per print. Yea, that is 2500 scarves. I'm not quite at that level yet but I am definitely poised to go bigger when the time is right. I've got a few things in the works that are looking promising.
Anyway, I picked up some spring prints for the next line. I know it is pretty early to be thinking about spring but that is the way it goes in the fashion industry. Stay ahead or get left behind!
Anyway, looking forward to this week-end where I will be at the Paisley Pumpkin! Wish me luck!!!
